Valencia
Valencia is the third largest city of the Spain. Thanks to its location, situated on the Mediterranean coast, Valencia has been the Spanish gateway to the Mediterranean, with the special charm that seaport cities have. Paella Valenciana is the most famous dish of Valencia. Another important dish is called Paella Marinera –rice with saffron,sea food and vegetables. When you are in Valencia, do not forget to taste Arroz Negre, “Black Rice”, which debts its color to the ink of cuttlefish. If you need refreshment, then try a drink called Horchata. It is made of the milk of a plant called Chufas (somewhat similar to rice) and is served ice cold.
